Introduction
EfNet Vga Planets channel is open 24hrs 7days a week... It's THE place to meet your allies/teammates/fellow game players and game hosts. It's been a hangout or over 6 years with people from all over the world logging in at at their respective times. There is always a major games just for the regular channel members and usually always a game in development. Some of the biggest developers for the game are regulars at #VGAPLANETS and that includes Tim W. himself. If the channel is quiet, and people are sleeping or playing TRNs just hang around, it get's very lively. 15 minutes should be your minimum chattime to give people the chance to notice a new face around.
Rules
This chat feature was designed for Vga Planets discussion, although conversations may sometimes go in many directions. If you need to discuss a topic other than "Vga Planets" with somebody special please click twice on the individuals name and use the private chat feature. Please refrain from using profanity, any discourtesy, or misconduct will result in banning from this service and possibly this site. If you are having any problems just ask the people in the chat, they will be glad to help you out.

#vgaplanets.de - this is the channel for all Germans out there who are not familiar (yet) with the english language. :)
there are no plans in setting up other channels yet as not enough people are chatting in there yet. If you have any comments just let us know!

Special Guests
From time to time we will have special guests, masters and experts on-line to chat. Legendary players, Big Hosts or even Tim Wisseman themself might show up from time to time. You can find out who and when in the Message Board area of this site.
Commands
You can enter these commands right in your chat console. Please note that every command starts with a Slash ("/"):
/join [channel] - join another chat channel called [channel]
/nick [name] - change your nickname to [name]
/me ... - action command, start a sentence with your nickname
/invite [nick] [channel] - invite another chatter [nick] to join [channel]
Quick Tips
- After entering a chatroom, double click a person's name to pull him or her into a private chat room
- people with an "@" before their nickname are operators of the channels and should be able to help you out with any problems you are faced with
- don't make too much use of the chat-colors, people use different color settings and might not be able to read your text properly
* Never give your personal information to anyone you don't know.
