News for Wednesday December 20, 2006 · games   Dear echocluster.com players, all incoming mails have been checked (about 1650 including 90% spammails >.<) and website has been updated. All games will be running again in a few hours with another mailcheck or two in advance for all turns that might still be on the way. Regarding a christmas break I have no intentions this year to make it happen so all hosts will run on a regular basis - maybe excluding some delays in case I am busy or distracted by attacking green trees or drunken reindeers. News for Saturday December 2, 2006 · hardware failure   Dear Echocluster.com Players, I am having a hardware failure on my hosting PC, it looks like the harddisk is damaged. I will try to get it working again as soon as possible but I have no clue if it will work or not. If it doesn't work I am considering closing down the whole site. I had much fun in the past and I did it in my free time with as much passion as I could but considering the negative, unconstructive feedback I'm getting more and more each day I am not sure if it wouldn't be easier to focus my rare free time on other things. I know that this host has suffered a lot due to my lack of time and I know some arguements are well placed but sometimes just talking about something does not help. To quote some of my favourite ex-players: "go down with a bang!" This decision is not final and I'm open for feedback.   by Black Shadow
